Licensing

Licensing Overview

Zinyx is made available under structured licensing models designed for platform operators, enterprises, OEMs, and industry-specific integrators.

Licensing governs the use and integration of Zinyx’s execution-layer technology, including attribution handling, rule-based execution logic, and automated multi-party value distribution. Zinyx is designed to integrate with existing digital commerce, communication, and infrastructure systems without replacing user interfaces, marketplaces, or payment providers.

Licensing does not transfer ownership. All intellectual property and associated rights remain with Zinyx.

What Is Licensed

Subject to agreement terms, licensing may include the right to:

  • Integrate Zinyx as an execution layer within existing systems
  •
  • Use attribution signal generation and persistence mechanisms
  •
  • Apply rule-based execution logic for eligibility, allocation, and timing
  •
  • Enable automated multi-party revenue or value distribution
  •
  • Access APIs, SDKs, and integration documentation

Licensed use is limited to the scope explicitly defined in the applicable agreement.

License Types

Platform License

Primary license for large-scale ecosystems

Designed for companies operating multi-participant platforms such as marketplaces, super-apps, creator ecosystems, or infrastructure platforms.

This license enables deployment of Zinyx as a platform-wide execution layer governing attribution and value distribution across multiple participants, sellers, creators, affiliates, or service providers.

Typical applications include:

  • Marketplaces
  •
  • Social and live commerce platforms
  •
  • Affiliate and creator monetization systems
  •
  • Multi-party digital ecosystems

Enterprise License

For internal or controlled organizational use

Designed for enterprises deploying Zinyx within internal systems or controlled partner networks.

This license enables application of execution and attribution logic across enterprise-managed environments, including internal commerce systems, partner programs, or multi-division operations.

Use is limited to enterprise-authorized participants and deployment environments.

OEM / Embedded License

For product, hardware, or infrastructure providers

Designed for original equipment manufacturers and software vendors seeking to embed Zinyx capabilities within products, platforms, or infrastructure components.

This license supports embedded or white-label integration of execution logic under defined OEM distribution and deployment constraints.

Resale or sublicensing is not permitted unless expressly authorized.

Vertical / Industry License

For domain-specific or regulated environments

Designed for industry-specific deployments requiring tailored execution logic aligned with sector-specific constraints.

Applicable verticals may include, but are not limited to:

  • Digital commerce
  •
  • Media and content distribution
  •
  • Logistics and mobility
  •
  • Telecommunications
  •
  • Infrastructure-linked platforms

Vertical licenses are limited to the defined industry or operational domain.

Commercial Structure (High-Level)

Licensing terms are structured based on factors such as:

  • Deployment scope and scale
  •
  • Integration model (platform, enterprise, OEM, or vertical)
  •
  • Usage volume or throughput characteristics
  •
  • Geographic or industry scope
  •
  • Exclusivity or non-exclusivity considerations

All commercial terms are negotiated directly. This page does not constitute an offer or commitment.

Intellectual Property

All systems, methods, architectures, and execution logic associated with Zinyx remain the exclusive intellectual property of Zinyx.

Licensing grants a limited right of use only and does not convey ownership, assignment, or transfer of intellectual property rights.

Interoperability

Zinyx is designed to operate independently of presentation layers, storefronts, marketplaces, or payment providers. Licensing enables interoperability with existing systems without requiring replatforming or replacement of core infrastructure.
