Licensing FAQ

Is ZINYX sold or licensed?

  • ZINYX is licensed, not sold. Licensing provides limited usage rights under an agreement. All IP remains with ZINYX Tech.

Who is licensing for?

  • Typical licensees include enterprises, platform operators, OEMs, and industry-specific integrators.

Do you offer enterprise and OEM licensing?

  • Yes. We support enterprise deployments and OEM/embedded licensing depending on the integration scope and commercial model. Is it “rip and replace”? No.

  • ZINYX is designed to be non-invasive and integrate with existing systems. Specific integration scope is defined in the license and (if needed) reviewed under NDA.

What environments are supported?

  • Licensing can cover cloud, on-prem, or embedded deployments depending on requirements and the agreement.

Do you offer evaluations or pilots?

  • Yes. Qualified partners may access a time-bound evaluation/pilot under an agreement (and NDA where appropriate). Pilot scope is typically limited to defined use cases and success criteria.

What support is included?

  • Support, onboarding, and updates may be included or offered as add-ons depending on the licensing tier.

Can we share technical documents publicly?

  • Non-public technical materials are typically confidential. Detailed technical disclosures and deeper architecture are NDA-scoped.
